This last weekend was a busy one. The highlight being my nefews first birthday. Kids birthday partys are always so much fun. especially for the kids i think the adults just welcome the “break” to hang out with adults and that the kids are busy having a “jol” (that means party to anyone non south african).
Well i have said it before photos of kids are difficult i like moody photos, but you cant really give photos of chidren mood well at least i think so, you can in a way lean towards bright fresh photos, but i couldent help turing back to my usual black and white. I used a wide open appeture on most of the portraits, i need to get out of the habbit of getting up to close and test myself more. The party was a huge success and im sure all the kids had a blast, especially the birthday boy.
