Packaging and Branding

Posted on Jan 13, 2012 in Blog, DIY, General, News, Photography | 5 comments

Having a design background, presentation and branding mean a lot to me. I thought I’d share how I package and brand my business. My aim was to ensure continuity across all elements of my business, reinforcing my brand through my logo, website, business cards, packaging, labels, letter heads etc. I cant stress the importance that your business cards and printing be of a good quality. I use a Printer based in the UK mainly for my business cards and stickers. For my DVD inlays I personalise the covers per shoot and get them printed in SA. Vintage tea party and design templates

I love being creative and having the opportunity to design for pure pleasure, so when the opportunity came about to design some DIY templates for an awesome wedding inspiration site called Prima Donna Bride i couldn’t resist. Prima Donna Bride will be featuring my designs and photographs on their site for you to view and download. I designed the templates in such a way that anyone can download them and use them for their own themed vintage high tea , tea party, bridal shower, party’s etc.  I used a classic feel, something that reminded me of my own late grand mothers taste in...

Posted on Oct 11, 2010 in Blog, Featured Shoot, Fun Stuff, News, Photography, Travel | 0 comments

While we were in Greece we took a day trip from Rhodes, to Symi, Its about 2 hours by ferry and you stop at a monastery and then at Symi Town itself. What a gorgeous little treasure its so small and picturesque, but very busy with tourist as the ferry’s come in, but I suppose its the little towns bread and butter so I mustn’t complain. I could of easily just stayed behind on this little island and waited for dusk , I can only imagine the amazing photos I would of gotten. Symi is a photogenic place I could of spent days here. Just before we left on holiday I found a blog about a...

It really gave us a fresh perspective on everything. It was an amazing trip. I being click click happy went a bit over bored but who knows when ill ever get...
