At the begging of the year I was approached by a friend of Claire and Jamie to make a voucher for a family / engagement shoot, as an engagement gift. Jo-Anne specifically wanted Claire and Jamie to get photos just of the two of them, because they had so few photos of them together, they have tons of the little ones Jayden and Kyla, (I can understand though with Kids as cute as there’s.) but none of them so it was my brief to get a bit of the family and then of the couple.
We decided to wait till summer and this last Sunday, we met up at Golden Harvest Park near Northgate shopping center. The park was still quite dry, and an hour before we were supposed to meet up there was a hail storm, one of those storms that lasts 5 minutes, its still sunny outside but its hailing. Anyway I was in luck that the weather being slightly over cast, with spurts of sunshine made for great diffused light.
