Engagement shoot at Gold Reef City

It doesn’t often happen that i struggle to pick a favorite image from a shoot I’ve done, but this was just the case after i went through the images of last weekend. Jacquie and Xavier are really good friends of mine and Jax and i have known each other for years. I felt very honored when she hired me to take there engagement photos, she is also a designer and freelancer and its always nice to know friends in the industry like your work are supportive. Jacquie wanted to be creative with her photos and in a few of them add some props and fun outfits. I’m so happy we decided on Gold Reef City as the location there are some amazing spots and just so many photo opportunity’s i’ve posted but a few so that they have some to look forward to.  It was a gorgeous day and after a nice lazy lunch we got going, we were very lucky aswell with Gold Reef city being very quite that day. I will definitely recommend it as a venue for creative shots.

I love the glow of late afternoon sun it makes my heart flutter.

i loved the way Jacquie accessorized with red details it just made everything pop ( i know designers are supposed to hate that word “pop” but here it actually means pop)
